MAJORITY IS NOT IN TWO PARTY SYSTEM

There is no two party system, only two parties in office and trying to stay there when they are offensive against the proper upholding of our U.S. Constitution for the people. 2008 can be the year the people RULE against the OBEY status of allowing the powermongers to rule as they are in our face with a pre-done map of voting already cast as if there were only two choices.
There are SIX choices
and the SIX are very different
and if the people do their homework (the media is trying to prevent that),
and learn the minimum about each of the SIX,
A-education;
B-achievements that deserve a presidential bid;
C-Plaforms that will put this country on track in the public interest using taxes for public not private use. It is required to use taxes ONLY for public use. No bailouts are allowed.

The government cannot pretend to spend taxes that have not been earned for the next twenty years. Profit oriented capital gains tax from military offense not wanted by anyone is only wanted by the corrupt most offensive people in the world, yes, I accuse Condelezza Rice of willfully antagonizing the international community at an unconscionable level, she should eat her nukes. No one wants them. No one wants Bush and his wars. No one wants any of this red ink and red blood, only the greedy.

SIX candidates are on the November Ballot for a possible Majority Rule by the PEOPLE not the media:
alphabetical because the decision of who is best belongs to each and every voter....
Baldwin, Constitutional Party - http://www.baldwin08.com
Barr, Libertarian Party - http://www.bobbarr2008.com
McCain, Republican Party - http://www.johnmccain.com
McKinney, Green Party* - http://www.votetruth08.com
Nader, Independent Candidate - http://www.votenader.org
Obama, Democrat Party - http://www.barackobama.com

(Nader won over McKinney in MA and CA where he was put on as draftstatus, for the Green Primary) although he had not officially announced, his name was there for the preference of the Greens, and he won over McKinney, but swince it was too small a number to make a national dent in a proper view of his offering, the party had not acknowledged his superior status and the expected Independent Candidacy announced should have been introduced with WELCOME from the media. They offered two party corrupt politics as if his challenge was offensive - it is to their salaries which are unconscionable. They should be forced to put his proper offering before the public. The public should face the reality the media doesn't offer democracy and the people have to do it themselves, and they can. Look in the encyclopedia to see a quick sketch of who Nader is and also Who's Who in America, you will find him in both places because he has accomplished great things for America and he is predictable if elected by the majority, he will be happy, and I want that as his fan and backer of an Independent Candidacy that does not at all harm any party, it is their duty to compete and see if they have the merits to win, I believe they do not. but, honest politics offers the duty of the honest voters and frankly, that is all Nader wants from voters. An honest majority to rule.
The Greens wanted Presence more than national limelight for a national primary strength. A presidential bid has to seek a win. A claim to build a party, as a Green wannabe, I say that is not how to win a Presidency. I have no intention of "using" Nader's name. I want him elected, as a winner on his track. I am not trying to use his name. I want him to win. I want voters to decide for themselves. They should not expect the media to tell them when they have not offered all six, the public should know they are being given an anti-democracy offering, obviously corrupt.
I was part of the draftnader.org attempt to snag Nader as the Green Nominee, but I did not intend to make him compete with lessers for a party nomination, it had to be a given, and when they did not act as if they were willing to insure his nomination, they looked as if they wanted to stay on the sidelines and just get party growth, I was not quite as surprised as I thought I was when the Independent Campaign moved in and got his Official Announcement. The Greens did not open the primaries to the Independents for their vote. We did vote in those primaries anyway, at least in Massachusetts, I did. It is allowed in Massachusetts. But, I welcome his Independent Candidacy because although I have written to him, I believe the 62% are the most likely, since everyone is still talking entrenched two party and when they find out they are not stuck there, maybe the outside will vote as they should, andthe powermongers who obviously are real, will still vote their powermonering and should fail....they are only 38%. combined. they are trying to tell the rest of us they rule. They do not. In a proper democracy the best is not a spoiler, he is a winner, by a majority clearly declaring an honest vote that nets the best in office.

June 2008 Statistics available from Elections Divisions for U.S. State Official Websites

The statistics show 62% are not in the two parties. 82 million voters are in 24 states that do not register party. 21.3 million OTHER are by free will choice when offered party, they chose outside because they do not want the label of Democrat or Republican. That combined nets 101.3 million voters. 62 million are in the combined two parties. 36 million are Democrats and 26 million are Republican.

EVERYONE know you can vote for the BEST and expect a majority to vote for the BEST.

Look at what is in office now and the results...two party rule is due for public voting out, and putting the BEST in Office. There is no rule that says you must vote Republican or Democrat. THERE IS A RULE YOU MUST VOTE HONESTLY and expect to get what you vote for into office, and that the only choice should be THE BEST.

Constitutional Limits are Governing for Democracy and Safety for Good Government

If 535 people chose to declare war, that would be within the framework of the Constitution. Bush asked Congress to allow him an autocrat decision instead without having to justify it and there is no cause for invasion, and that usurption of the Constitution is NOT democracy, and the invasion of other countries is a threat to peace, globally, it is defined as a war crime, and it is against international law, known to Congress and to Bush and to the current frontrunners, who do not show respect for what they ought to be doing, offering good leadership on track with our government on track and our budget in the black, and priorities for life, liberty, happiness, and a democracy that is a friend, not an enemy to the world...we want peace, not war, and we know war is not peace, and the Congress owes the impeachment, and these Senators and their VP choices are all four offensive to the Constitution, the people, and to the future. Invading any country is against proper view of both our Constitution and international world order for peace. The United Nations has the mission to offer peace and oversight for troubled nations with conflicts needing outside assistance. It is not within our Constitution for us to insult other countries at such a high level that looks like INCOMPETENCE of BUSH and complete inability to uphold the proper view of our country as well as world order and the government use of our taxes. His actions are not within the Constitution and Congress was not elected to allow such a horrific alteration of our government. We are NOT Democrat Party members and Republican Party members as a nation, we are a citizenry of free supporters of a constitutional democracy and we WANT THAT not BUSH! I am certainly NOT voting for Obama as the next pretense of a President, nor McCain also as a pretense. I am voting for Nader because he knows A-Bush should be impeached; and B-taxes are for proper life supporting government services not violations of everything government is supposed to protect! Joe Biden and Sarah Palin are equally disregarding the proper view of a President and have assumed power not wanted by this citizenry. We did not vote for a war, and we do not want more, we want our troops HOME now, and the red ink and red blood to stop.

In our U.S. Constitution, there is a Preamble and then the body of the Constitution, Article One, describes Congress first...

Section I of Article I:

All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

CONGRESS IS FIRST AS THE FEATURED BODY OF GOVERNANCE...CURRENTLY 535 people.

And, in Article I, Section 8

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

To borrow money on the credit of the United States;

To regulate commerce with foreign nations, and among the several states, and with the Indian tribes;

To establish a uniform rule of naturalization, and uniform laws on the subject of bankruptcies throughout the United States;

To coin money, regulate the value thereof, and of foreign coin, and fix tghe standard of weights and measures;

To provide for the punishment of counterfeiting the securities and current coin of the United States;

To establish post offices and post roads;

To promote the progress of science and useful arts, by securing for limnited times to authors and inventors the exclusive right to their respective writings and discoveries;

To constitute tribunals inferior to the Supreme Court;

To define and punish piracies and felonies committed on the high seas, and offenses against the law of nations;

To declare war, grant letters of marque and reprisal, and make rules concerning captures on land and water;

To raise and support armies, but no appropriation of money to that use shall be for a longer term than two years;

To provide and maintain a navy;

To make rules for the government and regulation of the land and naval forces;

To provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions;

To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining the militia, and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States, reserving to the states respectively, the appointment of the officers, and the authority of training the militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;

To exercise exclusive legislation in all cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten miles square) as may, by cession of particular states, and the acceptance of Congress, become the seat of the government of the United States, and to exercise like authority over all places purchased by the consent of the legislature of the state in which the same shall be, for the erection of forts, magazines, arsenals, dockyards, and other needful buildings;--And

To make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution the foregoing powers, and all other powsers vested by this Constitution in the government of the United States, or in any department or officer thereof.

Section 10.
No state shall enter into any treaty, alliance, or confederation; grant letters of marque and reprisal; coin money; emit bills of credit; make anythin but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debts; pass any bill of attainder, ex post facto law, or law impairing the obligation of contgracts, or grant any title of nobility.

No state shall, without the consent of the Congress, lay any imposts or duties on imports or exports, except what may be absolutely necessary for executing its inspection laws: and the net produce of all duties and imposts, laid by any state on imports or exports, except what may be absolutely necessary for executing its inspection laws: and the net produce of all duties and imposts, laid by any state on imports or exports, shall be for the use of the treasury of the United States; and all such laws shall be subject tot he revisiobn and congtrol of the Congress.

No state shall, without the consent of Congress, lay any duty of tonnae, keep troops, or ships of war in time of poeace, enter into any agreement or compact with another state, or with a foreign power, or engage in war, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent danger as will not admit of delay.

Article II Section I defines the election and term of the President and qualifications as well as the role of the Vice President as the next President if the President can no longer discharge the duties of the office. It closes with the words:

Before he enter on the execution of his office, he shall take the following oath or affirmation:--

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Section 2. The President shall be commander in chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the militia of the several states, when called into the actual service of the United States; he may require the opinion, in writing, of the principal officer in each of the executive departments, upon any subject relating to the duties of their respective offices,and he shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment.

He shall have power, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, judges of the Supreme Court, and all other officers of the United States, whose appointments are not herein otherwise provdided for, and which shall be established by law: but the Congress may by law vest the appointment of such inferior officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the courts of law, or in the heads of departments.

The president shall have power to fill up all vacancies that may happen during the recess of the Senate, by granting commissions which shall expire at the end of their next session.

Section 3. He shall from time to time give to the Congress information of the state of the union, and recommend to their consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary occasions, convene both Houses,k or either of them, and in case of disagreement between them, with respect to the time of adjournment, he may adjourn them to such time as he shall think proper; he shall receive ambassadors and other ublic ministers; he shall take care that the laws be faithfully exercuted, and shall commission all the officers of the United States.

Section 4. The President, Vice president and all civil officedrs of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, adn conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

REAL DEMOCRACY REQUIRES A REAL DEBATE

WHO is "each candidate!!!!?"

There are SIX
and in my view the supposed two in view DO NOT COUNT, they stink, they are the horrific status quo criminally against democracy.

True democracy

certainly would offer the actual
SIX who are on the ballot and can win

in the current public view

for the debate to be REAL,
and the public would choose

the
BEST by a majority win.

38% of registered voters are registered in the two parties COMBINED.
62% at voter registration are essentially non-partisan.

24 states only register voters, they do not register parties.

26 states register and allow party declaration

(meaning IDENTIFICATION, but also, is declaration is relatively binding during the PRIMARY for the party in most states where voters register party, but not all. )

I am in Massachusetts where 50% are Independents, and I believe "we" do not identify with either party, by a majority, or we would register in them.

Independents in Massachusetts can vote in any party primary.

I voted in the Green primary for Ralph Nader where he won, as he did in California. But, he had not announced official candidacy, he was drafted by people, hoping to win him as the party nominee. Although he won in California and Massachusetts, we did not get him as the declared nominee by the Green Party.

I am a registered Independent, but a fan of the Green Party Platforms, but a greater fan of Ralph Nader as a presidential candidate who can and should be given the proper view of unseating the corruption of the two parties.
If they had played fair, he could have trounced and offered the necessary on track leadership as a president, and then the parties could see if their identities could be restored, but, in my view, the media's complicit two party railroading in 2000 and 2004 has forced an obvious reality that they are not interested in Democracy, the public interest, or the U.S. Constitution.

I have no clue as to what the media or the two parties think they are offering. It is not democracy.

They talk about healthcare, but likely the average citizen has no clue they are NOT offering any healthcare changes. Increased for profit competition, yes, they are offering that. Biden said, "regulation" (that is NOT tax paid healthcare, which is indeed Nader's offering...), and Palin offered a 5,000 credit and wanted the profit competitive market to be free to compete for profit, and the people would have a 5,000 stipend to fight with when seeking "no guaranteed anything" healthcare. A mess, for greed to take free flight, is what she offered, certainly not tax paid "services"--she needs to face the people with her claims.

Of course soldiers coming back in coffins won't need any healthcare. Hopefully there will be something left of the current frontrunners' greed deficit to cover the funeral expenses!

I am offended at both Biden and Palin and do not see their sending their sons to war as courageous or worthy at all. I see their policies as causing violence not peace, and putting their children's lives at stake as well as the country and international peace policy, entirely. When Clinton was in office, (I did not vote that year, neither of the two parties offered a real presidential candidate-I do not knowingly vote for an evil choice, I rather let nothing happen that that, and I did not know Nader was running, I certainly would have voted for him.)

Honest democracy, if everyone votes an informed and honest truth, nets a majority truth of the best can win, and should, of course. But, the of course is not before us, while it can be, still, with only four weeks to go, let's get all six out there where they belong, in full view, with merits addressed! I told my son I do not see any cause for becoming a Marine and going to Bosnia, as if entering a foreign country and engaging in their wars or violence is any cure whatsoever. To me, it certainly is NOT netting freedom, it is a horrific loss and predatory conceit at best. I told my son, "Clinton did not go to Vietnam, You do not go to Bosnia!" To me, both were unwanted and unwarranted U.S. involvement that threatens us, not defends us, no attack was intended, by Vietnam or Bosnia, and the fights were not assisted and studies have shown that, the wars that exist are exacerbated by interference, not helped. This is not surprising. A fight not yours, is not yours to take, and either you die too, or you make things worse. Violence is not "reason" (argument or justice), anyone knows that.

Oh yes, the ugly mainstream media (military establishment favored against proper government and peace and national best interests are the issue and reality known to many...it is not news) wants the sudden exhibit of honest candidates who would send their children to their wars. While honesty is creditable, this honest fact of doing what they say-they would and are sending their own, and would send you and yours, to a war uncaused, and not winnable, and with no end, and the result would be the real thing as the result, which is WHY we must exit we do not belong in either Iraq or Afghanistan...the U.S. presence as a "war" is ugly and is horrific. There is NO CAUSE for a war in Afghanistan, Iraq, and certainly not Pakistan or Iran!...mainstream media doesn't want to know what they should know and must know...and they need to be put to the proper level of public review and accountability for the obvious support of unwanted Bush offenses continued and upheld by the media and the current candidates, tendered by the media! And who knows that better than THEY THEMSELVES (the senatorial candidates) while they sit and rape the earth with their violence and their lack of genuine caring for not just their children, but all - here and abroad. I am tired of the horrific phrase, "homeland" and I do not support any war on terrorism that allows invasion of any country, I disagree with Biden in the extreme.

Fear is NOT cause for invasion. And, certainly there is NO invitation for intervening violence against any country. RESPECT and support of the countries with terrorism is the only possible peace view. War is not a cure for war, in any sense of the word, and certainly the two candidates who debated last night were, in my view, the worst show of Bush Horror verbalized in front of the entire nation, yet. No. No. No.

If we respect our U.S. Constitution we THEN guarantee our freedoms. Let Nader offer the debate and show the current truth of what violations Bush has done. (Someone told me, I have not yet checked, the ACLU had a meeting last week about the media, as well they should. Worth hearing, A-their concerns, and B-if they intend to take action.)

As to the comments on Iran and Israel, oh yes, Nader's proper view was SOOO missing from the proper public view.

Biden mentioned a "Theocracy" was in charge of the military, and didn't acknowledge how significant a cultural difference that is from the U.S. which does not even begin to mind its own business. He tucked it in his comments as if a hidden clue he didn't want discovered! Let him face the truth.

The night before the first debate, on Fresh Air in the evening, on NPR, a translator for the head of Iran discussed his new book, "The Ayatollah Begs to Differ" and he had been the translator for a recent address to the United Nations by the head of Iran, who had said, "walk in the path of God" and yes, he had said he envisioned a time soon, when Israel would no longer exist, but the interview clarified by the translator that they want the combined state of Palestine and Israel, and as an outsider who appreciates the "walk in the path of God" as a peaceful proper view of how to live, to accept each other as having the right to live on this planet, and to live in peace, not war, to accept not offer intolerance....this was what I believe the leader of Iran meant. But, the Fresh Air interviewer was not hearing (I believe she was intolerant), and the translator himself although he had offered a MOST ELOQUENT QUOTE, apparently did not understand the beauty of the words tendered to the United Nations....by Iran....he said, when she (Terry Gross) asked, "Is he asking us all to become Muslims?" He said, "no," but he tried to mitigate, which I believe was an error, he said, "I believe he was talking to a domestic audience."
He might have done well to have said instead, "He likely was asking for the complete peaceful co-existence of the people, without the fight and violence for separation. Peace, not war, and life, for all on the land of both Israel and Palestine, as a divine right, already given! Not for men to take!

I, having heard the quote uttered by the translator himself, beg to differ with him! I believe the leader of Iran was addressing not a domestic audience, but The United Nations, in the entirety.

Seeking both support and proper view, urgently and with confidence that MOST PEOPLE DO INDEED KNOW that "walk in the path of God" is not restricted to one religion. Walk in the path of God, becomes self evident to those who encounter that path.

It is not violence, it is not nukes.

She asked him, "Are you afraid the U.S. will bomb Tehran?" He replied, "no, but I am more worried than most of Iranians."

She was not listening, and not wanting to understand the truth, which anyone who knows the truth, knows indeed, violence at an international level, is NOT the path of GOD.

And, the U.S. should listen when the leader of Iran in the quote tendered, also urged each sovereign state should "stay within the boundaries" of their state.

He had offered peace and asked and implored the United Nations to support Iran in their position while Israel clearly is not understanding, and the U.S. is not listening!

The ministry of this country should be telling each and every congregation what they ought to be "tolerating." Within their own religion according to their precepts, and, the apparent eloquent speech offered to the United Nations, that every religion offers the path of God for peace not violence, and no nukes, certainly.

NADER DESERVES BACKING TO WIN

There are those of us who are voting for Nader as the most guaranteed FACT of this election EVER. No two party duopoly in our faces will win our VOTE for the BEST President for 2008!--can support him at the most elemental level of maintenance to prove we are there for him.

I am sending Nader $25.00 every week for these next crunchy five weeks to the election. I sent him $25 on Saturday Sept. 27th, and will every Saturday through November 4th.

To me, Nader won the debates without even being there, but he would have welcomed the proper fair competition so that the voters can have proper information to decide who is standing where on the issues, and who is where the voters want to be!

The two parties do not own the country is so true.

I have labels for the debates:

1-McCain The Military Man
2-Obama The Big Spender
3-Nader Mr. Safety

Nader doesn't want labels, he wants the right stuff, and I know that, too.

A Cambridge bookseller offered a quote (yes, in the context of possible Nader win,) "Politics is the Art of Possiblity" - he was a former Ph.D. in Education who used to teach at Boston University, and as a retired professor, was a used bookseller. Eventually I bought a copy of "Unsafe at Any Speed" - the original paperback version, from Benjamin. And, he told me, "You should read "Stupid White Men" by Michael Moore. So, I took his advice and read Stupid White Men by Michael Moore. (I noticed Michael Moore was fired by Nader. I suspected it was personality and Michael Moore has an ego, even though maybe justified, still, he likely has his own style, which, I suspect is not Nader's. I love Nader. I like Michael, but I love Nader. Ralph Nader deserves the proper limelight. He is not seeking flashiness even though he is very flashy, but the right flashy of on target, without kidding around. Enough, I posted this blog to suggest maybe my weekly $25 might net the other backers of Nader to do the same proper maintenance for the man you want for President, certainly he deserves the minimum support during these next five weeks to make the finish the wanted success--A MAJORITY WIN!) At least a million are guaranteed to vote for Nader, and that would net 25 million for these next five weeks. But, what we want to be funding is the MAJORITY VOTE...out of 167 million possible, 60%-70% will vote, and of those, we want Nader to win! Strong backers who know the media is showing only two party no choice for the voters know he needs your minimum maintenance to fight the strong and proper fight to the public view at the majority level! Then the November vote can have success!

And, in addition to the $25.00 sent, and will be sent weekly for the next five weeks, I am posting a letter to the Boston Globe "Letter to the Editor" which might have been published If I had said only the city, either Cambridge or Somerville and simply shut up when the woman called to verify...the Globe Caller got off track because I said I was not really Somerville, although there at the time of the writing, but as a journalist, with a M.S. degree, I have a penchant for the truth and accuracy and that the city should be honest, and both were true to a degree. I am much more from Cambridge than Somerville, and was only in Somerville due to shelter status while seeking a Civil Action against a landlord.

So, she was distracted by that and no longer interested in what....THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES PROPER VIEW (the letter did not get published, she said, "I hope you are taking notes," as if I wanted to be at the shelter, I certainly did not, and was much more interested in a Nader Success than any shelter status from any possible angle) --

a NATION to me is much more important than anything else when you are talking about a major metro daily and possible publication of a Letter to the Editor that can influence the public fairly and on target...the date was 2004, and I am about to copy it in its entirety, unchanged, and that reality will certainly strike the public as the TRUTH, (2004 and 2008 are identical, and the need to have REAL CHOICE by the MAJORITY is DUE and this time, maybe WE'RE GONNA MAKE IT...and NADER WILL WIN THE MAJORITY POPULAR VOTE and get INDEPENDENCE from the Two Party Corruption with a REAL President in the WHITE HOUSE!

The Letter of 2004, resubmitted via my post today, for 2008 voters to see:

Who will benefit if NADER wins? Everyone. Even the wealthiest who will lose their egregious edge and even corporations who want their tax breaks. Corporations forced to pay a living minimum wage may wail in the face of the proper taxation--they will lose money, sure, but still have a profit margin worth a higher lifestyle but not to the point of egregious, and gain a healthier environment and a sustainable future with the general, across the board redistribution to a more equitable financial prtopsect for all. They will not be egregioously rich but they will not be poor! (Aristotle said, "It is not necessary to take more than you need.")

Nader as President would create a majority of happier people. Close the gap of the rich and the poor and watch the people grow happier universally. An informed voting public might yield a 60% easily if they vote a true preference of a people's agenda of social and economic justice, protection of the environment and an end to the corporatization of our country and its policies here and abroad.

Nader's candidacy is most viable. Most voters should recognize his offering as the best for everyone. Protecting the environment and the people is certainly a winning hand.

Iraquis would welcome a Nader as U.S. President to end the occupation of Iraq and bring the troops home and m,aintain diplomatic relations with proper U.N. neutral peacekeeping forces without oil interests to insure Iraqi self-rule. Nader also offers a no nuke platform as a remedy to the promotion of international good will and peace, not war.

Nothing on earth could stop me from voting for Nader. Fixing what is wrong is not the work of a spoiler. Destroying the environment and terrorizing the world is indeed the work of the true spoilers who apparently expect no punishment, amazing. Who is destroying everything? Bush not Nader. Nader needs public support if they want him in office! At a majority level. For majority results.

(Nader for President 2004 and 2008 campaign petitioner for ballot access)

Note: Nader is on the ballot in Massachusetts and 50% are registered independents and 1% minor parties. I sent a news release out to all the MA papers and did not see any publication of the BALLOT will show RALPH NADER FOR PRESIDENT as an INDEPENDENT candidate.

Yes, Virgina, you can VOTE FOR NADER and figure IF YOU DO, OTHERS WILL TOO, and IF YOU KNOW HE IS YOUR BEST CHOICE for a WANTED AGENDA and the MAN, tipeecanoe and tyler too...the issues and man go hand in hand, yes, they do.....

He is on the ballot in 45 states and a write in in four plus D.C. Apparently Oaklahoma is in litigation. My view is certainly they can allow (they say they cannot) a write-in, and IF the write-ins show a majority result, the legislature could substitute and affirm the legitimacy of the voters' freedom to choose the best at a majority level, and the electoral college results for OK would be the winner take all result that is their state choice to do, all seven!)

For the general audience, there is NO TWO PARTY SYSTEM only the two parties currently IN OFFICE are the RULE as REAL, but the VOTERS rule at a popular mandate level when they vote in November and there are approximately 167 million voters registered to vote nationally.

24 states do not register party. 82 MILLION

26 states allow party declaration at the time of registration.

21.3 million are OTHER (mostly independents)
26 million are REPUBLICANS
36 million are DEMOCRATS

Who is supposed to have the BEST CHANCE? THE BEST SHOULD HAVE THE BEST CHANCE TO WIN and show a MAJORITY RULE AND THE AGENDA WANTED BY A MAJORITY FOR A NATION, NOT A PARTY.

A check for $25 by strong supporters if you have not reached the limit of individual contributions for an election, the limit is $4,600.

I am at about 700 or 800, I don't know, but guaranteed, if I had $4,600 I would send it. I can, however, see the obvious benefit of saying to others I am sending $25 weekly for the balance of this campaign for a November success and know that it can net much more than 4,600. So, I post to encourage those who love Nader and want him for President, send him your support to make it to the White House in November!

It takes more HONESTY than COURAGE to vote for the BEST and expect SUCCESS. (How can anyone allow themselves to let criminals against Democracy tell you you have to vote for one of them?) They didn't want to compete on the fair turf.

They should have to fight a fair fight. The public is owed the truth of who is running, there are six, and to choose the best, the public deserves much more than two. I advocate Nader because he has fought the hardest. And, I believe is the best. But, media owes all six and the public should be able to believe IF people vote HONESTLY, Nader CAN win and is not a spoiler, the two are corrupt, in our faces and collusion against democracy in our faces.

But, a reality check is sending support is proof of support, and the vote that follows will net the proper funded continued fight for the right stuff to happen in November and then for America!

POLLS SHOULD HAVE SIX MAJORITY POTENTIAL ON THE BALLOT NATIONALLY

The "mainstream" media is not for the majority, they are for themselves, not the people, they are corporate corrupt in fact. There are not two choices, there are six who are on the November Ballot who can win.

See http://www.politics1.com

My opinion of what is going on:

The polls currently in view (you have only two choices according to the liars), to tell you they own your opinion (of course they do not, you own your opinion and the majority is the majority not one percent liars who want their control against the people of the nation!) and that there are only two choices, and that they know which two choices are your truth, and that everyone has to be a Democrat or a Republican if they want to win in the coiuntry where the Constitution says the Majority Rules.

The Majority DOES NOT belong to two parties, 62% are outside the two parties at a registered voter status. 24 states do not register party, 82 million people.

38% are enrolled in the combined two parties. The media wants that secret or ignored. They call themselves the "mainstream" media, the 38% rule. Everyone acknowledges there is a 1% rule and they do not realize the media likes it. It is supposedly a mystery as to how it happens. It happens at the ballot box.

62% outside the two evil boxes CAN vote for GOOD Constitutional democratic for the people leadership. Stop the war that is not America. Stop the military deficit (9 trillion and growing deficit) for military destruction. Vote for life, liberty, and happiness.

Nader can win by a majority against the corrupt two parties. He is offering to do that. He knows what he is offering.

A democracy for the people, not corporate corrupt rule.

PEOPLE CAN FORCE TRUTHFUL POLLS!

Stop corporate corrupt polls!

Stop media forced two parties as if there are only two candidates!

Refuse to obey their orders of dictatorship of greed against the people and let them know you are the voter and the results belong to the people not the media.

Tell them NO when they say you "have to" vote for either Obama or McCain....

Tell pollsters NO, there are four other choices! do not answer any poll that does not offer you the truth. the media is asking for a lie to enter office, and it is heinous.

The BEST of the SIX can win.

I am choosing the BEST, and my favorite candidate is not in the corrupt two parties. I do not want the status quo agenda, it is not for this country nor any country, it is not under the U.S. Constitution.

The media's refusal to offer the candidates and their merits as if they the media rule, not the people --is high treason! The media is not doing their duty at all. They are intentionally doing harm to the government now and for the future results. They have to be stopped. Two party rule is not real, it is corruption. And, it is powermongering of the people in power, not the truth of the majority who is to decide how to change those in power to those who belong in power according to a DEMOCRACY. The Democrats are the anti-democratic party. They want everyone to believe only they are the real choice against the current status quo they have not fixed at all. The President does not declare war. Bush is not "in office" according to the Constitution because he is shredding it, because he does not want to be a President, he wants to rule against the people and law and order and the international community, he is against everyone.

The majority of people who want this country to be on track when they choose a new President Our new President should be someone who will deserve respect not laughter. "They" laughed at Bush when he was in the debates because he appeared stupid. It is not funny when the press tells the public he is supposed to win, according to 51% polls and predicted results. Yet they laughed. The media rules, they are supposed to hold the "bag". But, they believe they can do whatever the people allow them to. Do not allow them their lies. Insult them to their face or over the phone, but force them to face their lies. We are the rule, at a majority level, and there are not only two choices, there are six. No one has to vote Democrat or Republican. 62% of registered voters are neither Republican or Democrat, most are either non-partisan registered (82 million of 24 states) or independents (21.5 Million of 26 states).

62% of the registered voters are not enrolled in the two parties.

Non-partisan voters are the majority rule.

104 million v 66 million in the combined two parties.

Choice is a given before you even begin to look at which is the best candidate.

It is not required to limit choice
before you begin to compare which is the best
for a new president who can lead on track, at a proven level.

B- Six not two candidates are on the Presidential ballot in most states and can win by a majority if the PEOPLE at a majority level believe one candidate is best, shown at the voting done by 167 million people, - probability that the BEST no matter WHAT party can win is very there, from registered voter statistics. 24 states, 82 million people, are not party registered. They simply register. Of the 26 states which do allow party declaration at registration, 66 million, which is 38% of the national total voters, are in the COMBINED two parties. ANY candidate running has the proper chance to win, and there is no such thing as "you have only two choices."

YOU HAVE SIX CANDIDATES on the ballot for President in most states. THE BEST does not belong to the two parties! Yes, the two parties are on 50 states because they are the established status quo that led into the war and that refuses to put the BUM out who is declaring unauthorized war, not wanted by the majority of people, it is soooo unconstitutional.

And, how dare the media purposely insist on only presenting the established two parties as if that is what our elections are STUCK WITH. They are protecting no one when they refuse the voters the necessary change to fix what is due to the people in office, visibly corrupt and not upholding the Constitution.

WE vote because we are supposed to elect OUR MANDATED CHOSEN AGENDA for a budget for PEOPLE not war, not profits for military engineers, and soldiers who manage to live through hell, and not for the danger and the destruction and fear of military against the people. WE ARE AN INDEPENDENT COUNTRY ....

....but ONLY if we vote for our U.S. Constitutionally defined PRESIDENT who will uphold the duties of the President for a democracy. The President is supposed to use taxes for the public good, not for war unwanted, and not to offend the world because the president is incompetent and cannot manage this country and thinks wrongly that predatory military will net profit, it nets no productivity, no proper life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, incompetence in office nets ONLY EVIL whether intentional or not, it is not good as an understatement.

Bush is not even trying to uphold the Constitution.

The Democrats do not want the democracy of the best can win at the ballot box.

Ask Gore why he could not stand next to Nader and let a real debate offer the merit contest deserved by the hard won freedoms in this country at a 50 state level.

Gore is for the military upper hand it is not peace-and not democracy when they as two parties are intentional powermongers against true merit contests for the presidency. The G-7 or 8 need to face proper economic principles and eliminate nukes and show the global community peace can happen and honesty by the people showing they rule, not greed against honor and international global communities for peace and prosperity. Honor is always more impressive than greed and war and predatory waste and destruction.

No one with self-respect or honor would deny the right to compete against the best.

The best is supposed to be allowed FAIR and FREE competition, and the result should be a WINNER.

The Democrats did not want Nader to win.

And the Republicans did not care if the best did not get any proper view or competitive view by the public. They gladly took the conspiracy in hand with the Democrats against the people and declared TWO PARTY RULE existed. It did not exist and it does not exist. "They" want it against the truth of majority rule by the majority of voters.

And MEDIA MOGUL RULE at a cockroach resistant level, persists to this day.

EXTERMINATE THE PESTS, tell the polls when they offer you two choices, ask them to answer YOU, instead, "Did you know there are SIX candidates on the ballot for President and that any one of them can win?"

Make the pollster answer you, did they know there are SIX not TWO.

Then do the real nasty touche, offer them the choices, and say, "which one are you going to vote for, if the election were tomorrow, even though it is 54 days from now, and there is STILL TIME TO FIND OUT THE TRUTH OF THE MERITS OF EACH AND LET MAJORITY RULE, never mind that...answer now, which one will you vote for? Let them have their insult to face themselves.

The six choices:
Obama,
McCain,
Barr,
McKinney,
Baldwin,
Ralph Nader

In previous runs, Nader was not offering a pretended spoiler role in a supposed two party system that claimed "he cannot win" but the media only offered that, and the people cooperated and said the best is the enemy of the good-as if they did not want the best. Everyone should vote for who they want the MOST and expect the majority to WIN.

The BEST can win, at a MAJORITY LEVEL, and the media has no right to refuse the choices on the ballot when they do the polls.

Tell the pollster they can answer you, but until, they do a proper poll, they will get zero for the proper results.

The media is guilty of high treason against democracy, and the two parties are loving it, don't we know it? Soon they will not have any salaries and neither will anyone if we abandon our democracy and the Constitutional Power to Vote for a National Agenda that supports the people at a proper sustainable level with budget priorities IN PLACE, ON TRACK.

Do not answer any poll with only two choices.

If this naming six and making them answer you as a proper retort is too much, just say "there are SIX" and hang up on them.

IF everyone refuses two party greed and powermongering, the democracy of the PEOPLE will have a beginning -- way overdue.

There are six Presidential Candidates running: (1) Baldwin,Constitutional Party; (2) Barr, Libertarian Party; (3) McCain, Republican Party; (4) McKinney, Green Party; (5) Nader, Independent, (5) Obama, Democrat Party.

You do not vote for a Party in Office, you vote for a President who will lead an agenda wanted by a majority for a nation on track.

Priorities ought to include: universal healthcare, education, public interest only, not corporate "welfare" (our taxes are not to support them), military reduced to the proper level, bring the troops home, and other public interest benefits.

The U.S. Constitution provides a POPULAR VOTE ELECTION FOR A MAJORITY RULE RESULT in November.

LOOK AT THE CONSTITUTION. I dare you to find any party as a rule. There is no party rule.

CANDIDATES are supposed to be before the people and an election to choose candidates at the BEST level for the BEST to lead a NATION, WITH A TRUE AGENDA FOR THE PEOPLE, THIS IS WHAT THE CONSTITUTION PROVIDES.g It is democracy. It defines what we the people means.

You elect someone who shows leadership for what you know you want. You expect the leader to be superior, not inferior, and certainly not corrupt and intentionally undermining the Constitution and the democracy for people!

Universal healthcare? Who is offering it as a tax paid platform position? NOT the two parties they are offering corporate healthcare for profit. They are pretending to lead the government but they offer corporate rule. Taxes are earned by the people and are supposed to deliver goods and services NEEDED by the PEOPLE. Not corporate benefits. People work in corporations to deliver that product result for consumers to buy. Tax paid healthcare is paid for by taxes, and therefore is free and therefore "universal healthcare."

The republicans and democrats are offering usurption of the Constitution and substituting private profit greed with corporate rule, currently being handed to the public at a deficit spending level to the tune of nine trillion in debt and rising. Some would call it red ink drawn in red blood.

It would be nice to put America on Track under the provisions of a democracy where the majority declares TRUTH at the ballot box for the BEST to deliver the public interest for the tax paid government with a budget that is honest and for the people not corporate corruption of public policy and warmongering and offensives on almost every level.

Compare the two parties to Nader..."on the table" is "off the table" for them.

What is your vote FOR?

People and a democracy under the Constitution or corporate rule against the people and red ink rising?
